We have both liquid phase and solid phase Fmoc-chemistry. Liquid Phase Peptide Synthesis is used for the synthesis of very short peptides such as dipeptides, while Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis is well suited for preparing biologically active peptides including long, difficult and hydrophobic peptides.

Resecta Medical also provides a large number of peptide modifications as well as custom peptides for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. All peptides synthesized are provided with a mature quality control package, which includes HPLC chromatograms to ensure purity and mass spectral analysis to confirm identity.

We routinely synthesise peptides in excess of 100 amino acids in length. The longest we have synthesised by linear solid phase synthesis is 276 amino acids

We routinely perform conjugation of peptides to carrier proteins, PEG, small molecules, other peptides, sugars, chelating agents

Cyclised peptides

We offers various types of cyclic peptide synthesis using topologies. Ring closure in side chain to side chain cyclic peptides can be attained by disulfide or amide bond formation between sulfhydryl groups or other appropriate methods.
